Contact The Manager
Start your journey by making contact with the Manager Susan and setting up a tour of the available apartments. management can be reached
Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm. thank you for your interest.

Background Screening
Once you have completed the tour and chosen an apartment you can put down a deposit to hold the apartment. We then we conduct a thorough credit, Rental, and criminal background check to ensure a safe community. We also contact any references given at the time of application.

Contract & Move-In
Once approved you can finalize your month to month lease and prepare for your move to Eagle Crest Village Apartments. The final steps will be to go through the property management company and move in.

Rental Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before signing your lease agreement at Eagle Crest Village
Standard Lease Duration
All standard leases at Eagle Crest Village are for a period of six (6) months from the date of signing. With payments recurring month to month until the tenant moves out.
Security Deposit
A payment of one (1) month's rent and deposit are required at the time of application to cover potential damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Tenant Privileges
Tenants are allowed 1 parking spot. additional parking may require a small fee. All tenants have access to all amenities including the library, gym, movie room, laundry room, and game room. All apartments include micro kitchens and tenants are allowed to use the larger kitchens in the common areas provided they help to maintain cleanliness by picking up after themselves. Any abuse of these facilities will result in revoked access to them. Some facilities may be closed during certain hours. All of the facilities mentioned above are free with the tenants rent.
Tenant Responsibilities
Tenant responsibilities include maintaining the property in good condition and adhering to the community rules and quiet hours. Any damages incurred in the unit will be the tenant's responsibility and will be taken out of the deposit upon moving out.
